入住大廳有提供些許吃的與咖啡飲水以及一些額外的小備品供旅客拿取，對旅客來說有額外加分的效果。如果衛浴方面可以增加讓顧客置放衣物的地方會更好🙂

住宿地點非常方便，接待櫃檯親切服務體驗超棒，房務整房完善乾淨，二樓提供點心給客人充飢，竟然還有氣泡水！！推推 沒有特別提但發現入住日遇到生日，退房給了小生日卡和禮物也太貼心了吧！ 因為住過別間分店，但本次入住時櫃檯告知公司系統沒有整合顧客資訊，覺得這點有可惜！ 床是超級軟的那種，可以一夜好眠，但喜歡硬床的人要自行評估一下。 下一次一樣會優先考慮貴旅店，推薦大家👍👍

整體來說性價比高，已低價旅館來說不錯。美中不足的地方可能是平價因素導致。如果有預算或是有帶小孩，我會建議多看其他家比較。 地點位於西門町鬧區小巷裡的2～6樓，如果沒仔細找很容易錯過。電梯小，如果有帶多件大行李可能要搬超過一趟。櫃檯服務人員專業親切，有特殊需求都會辦到，我很感激。清潔方面都蠻乾淨的，廁所沒有注意到任何發霉現象，但因為房間是地毯，所以很難非常乾淨。房間裡有日式浴缸（無法躺下），放水速度很快。床的柔軟度很舒服。房間唯一有窗戶的地方在廁所，從床是無法看到窗戶或是廁所的。冷氣是中央空調，無法在房間裡改變溫度。有24小時的輕食，提供咖啡、可樂、吐司和零食。噪音部分算安靜，如果走廊有人講話可以聽到。除此之外沒有聽到其他聲音。 有兩個地方我不喜歡。1. 房間時不時有菸味，櫃檯有想辦法解決，但工作人員也無能為力。2. 床是標準雙人床，但我覺得好小。我是中等身高的女生，但躺下來腳都到床緣了。還有小孩晚上睡覺掉到床下幾次。 我覺得美中不足的地方屬於硬體部分，如果這部分可接受的話，這算是不錯的旅店。

很棒的住宿體驗

這次入住的房型是豪華雙人（含超大浴缸很棒），床是king size的，價格很優惠，整個cp值爆表！入住當天是生日，checkout 時收到服務人員寫的賀卡和小禮物，真是太窩心了；謝謝給我們很美好的回憶！

一如既往的好評

依然是很好，已經是第三次入住，櫃檯服務、點心吧、環境都很好！床也很好睡軟硬適中～ 有反應的都會立馬處理，有沒有遇到隔壁吵鬧的情況，下樓就是西門町！旁邊條街是唐吉訶德！直接在裡面超方便，離捷運站三分鐘步行，下次依然是入住的首選！比起大飯店，真的非常的便利！

這次入住整體上感覺不錯，雖然沒有提供早餐，但是二樓有輕食區，有免費提供咖啡餅乾和泡麵，房間部分，個人覺得床太軟（是會陷下去的軟）不是很喜歡，其他都還不錯。在捷運西門站6號出口附近，步行大約幾分鐘路程，很方便。下次還會入住。

從Check out離開時櫃檯人員還會到電梯口送別就能看出這家旅店的用心，一切都很好，算是CP值極高，如果真的要說缺點的話，就是隔音不好
