"My suite was huge with 2 bathrooms. Very nice, clean, and parking right in front of my lower level room made it convenient to unload all of our bags into the room. The condition of the exterior was a little run down but, the inside of the room was very nice and my family had a comfortable stay overnight. Would recommend this hotel for travelers stopping through El Paso for convenience right off the interstate. My husband and son also enjoyed their pool."

"Overall, still glad we chose Hyatt Place but found the bathroom arrangement awkward. The open sink next to the bathroom door was nice allowing both of us to use the facility.
