"Checkin was Bad. Reserved a room with 2 queen bed, tried to put us, 2 adult & 1teenager in a one bed room with a fold out couch. Then tried to give us another room with a king bed. Not for all 3, but 2 rooms. Who was supposed to stay it which room. Couldn'tet teenager stay on one by himself, so who was he to stay with. Not acceptable. Finally got a room with 2 queen beds, nice room. Why was that so hard in the first place. Poor decision on the guy checking us in. Other then checkin, everything...

"The fitness center is not open as there is no equipment in the room. The pool doesn’t open until 0900 which is a bummer because I like early swimming when no one else is awake but I couldn’t enjoy the pool. The room was nice but there was a bright light shining into the room under the blinds. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. I would stay here again."

"I don’t normally stay in lower budget hotels. I was in Lubbock to attend a graduation. The cost of hotels, in Lubbock, were incredibly inflated. I stayed here because it was reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again. Room was clean and the carpet seemed to be new. There was not any noise whatsoever and I got 2 nights of rest."
