Better than expected

Stayed here for a week and was better than expected. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable, especially after a long day at a new job.

Ok stay

Traveling with pet and placed in middle of second floor, on opposite side of hotel with easy access to grass. Walls in bathroom needed better cleaning. Bed was very comfortable tor the price.

Stained bedsheets, hole kicked in the drywall, mold in the shower, and lots of empty beer bottles outside. I felt very unsafe and ended up leaving within the hour of arrival. I was making a 14 hour drive, and stopped in to rest. I ended up continuing to drive through the night because I felt very uncomfortable being there. The sign on the toilet was the cherry on top haha.

Check-in was super easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple: cereal, toast, milk, orange juice, and coffee. There are a lot of dairy farms in the area; as such, there are plenty of pests (flies, roaches) in the area. (I only saw roaches outside; they weren't in the room.) But there were a few other bugs inside; the building could probably use some improved sealing around the doors and crevices. Other than that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfy. Would stay there again!

I booked this property via Expedia while standing at the front desk. The clerk said it may take 10 minutes for the booking to show, but could take less. After about 20 minutes she called her boss who said he could see the reservation in the system, but that we could not be assigned a room until the clerk could see the reservation in her system. We had been driving for more than 10 hours, it was late and we were very tired. The clerk said there was nothing she could do to help out, as she absolutely could not assign us a room until she saw the reservation in her system. Even though her boss could see it and I had confirmation of the reservation on my phone. And because we had a trailer, we were told we had to park in a specific area, which was a mud pit, so we had to wash our shoes in the sink after every trip to the truck. And the continental breakfeast conisted of Fruit Loops. :(

Not clean. We do not recommend this place. Price is low, so I guess what you pay is what you get. We had this reserved 10 months ago to attend a wedding and did not want to pay over $450 for 2 nights in Lubbock since it was home game for Texas Tech. We arrived at 6 pm ready for our NON-SMOKING room. The ONLY one available was up the outside metal stairs. My husband is recovery from a stroke and could not handle stairs, so, we could only take the smoking room!

Staff was kind and room was made up nice. But not enough towels for three and drier did not work and coffee pot was dirty. Also breakfast was not….coffee cereal!! For the price it was fine and we could keep our dog with us. Just wanted a place to sleep.

The room was very clean, comfortable, cool. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was lacking. Dry cereal and white bread for toast were the only options with orange sunny delight (very sweet) and coffee.
