Would prefer of they can offer better spread for Asian cuisine or western cuisine. Car park validation is very inconvenient. Need to take your physical TnG card for validation at reception and has only 10 mins grace before exit."

"Hotels.com should take a more active role to ensure reservation is confirmed especially when the booking is done on the same day when staying overnight on the same day. Worse thing hotels.com can say no refund can be given as it is non refundable and subject to the hotel approval. It was at the very same hotel which I was sitting for one hour and not allowed to go. Will I get any kind of compensation? Nothing. Nothing to appease me. Hotels.com is not the only one. I will venture out for...
