Clean and simple

Clean and tidy room, convenient to many restaurants and short drive to Tebrau City, Toppen, Ikea, Johor Jaya etc. Staffs are nice.

Simple room for 1 night

Stayed 1 nite to explore the place at Austin Heights. The location is full of food. The room is simple, but meet basic needs. The toilet floor will be all wet after bath as there is no partition betwen toilet bowl and bath area.

Nice hotel with many food and drink places. Will like to give my respect to the night shift staff on Christmas eve 24th Dec 2023 as they are hardworking and provide a good service to the customers. The male staff staff really work hard as I see he keep the reception area clean and works hard during the Christmas eve evening around 10.30pm. Thanks for the nice hotel stay and keep on the good work! 😄

Very bad experience

I have booked 3 rooms with hotel.com and 2 roomd with another platform (due to unavailability of rooms in hotel.com), i was quite disappointed on the service by the counter because the hotel insisted that we have booked rooms without window and asked us to talk to our booking system instead. I am suspecting that they might have over-released their rooms (overbooked) and trying to brush us off Then, one of my friends' room that were booked via hotel.com had her door opened wide when we returned from our trip on day 1. After highlighting to the counter, they only say sorry and offer us folded towels for use? Door opened for the whole day thwy should have asked us if anything missing and the hotel will be responsible, but no, they didnt offer. This is very upset, i dont think i will come back again To whom planning to stay at Austin, i thinl there are other better choices nearby

Affordable and good location in the midst of the bustle of Mt Austin. Only downside is the walls are pretty thin and you can hear noises from the next room quite clearly.

附近有很多食肆，有些會開到很夜。 酒店很舊，陳設簡單，床頭電制位有灰塵，其他都尚算整潔，熱水器會發出很吵的噪音，剛開水沖涼被嚇到，短住一兩天只要求一個休息的地方，以這價錢算是不錯。 在johor出入都會call grab，很方便，去附近商場都不會很貴。
