"No hair dryer, no extra towels, not enough kitchen utensils, no cutlery at all. Needed to cut meat and there was not one knife to use on our steaks. No grill for our steaks either. Two sinks leaking when water turned on. Mattress in master bedroom was very uncomfortable with both my husband and I sinking towards the middle and sheets on two bedrooms were filthy. "

"This hotel is one my family and I would usually book, however it has absolutely gone down hill fast. There is absolutely NO dining area on premises, zero ice machines, rust and mold in the rooms, and no coffee makers in any rooms. We had to go off property just to even get a meal or snack. Oh and housekeeping is done ONLY after you check out. So needless to say, we WON'T be staying here again."

"Staff was great and gave us good Disney park tips. Conveniently located to theme parks and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing that can use some improvement was the pool / hot tub. It needed some cleaning but other than that we will definitely recommend this place and will stay again. "
