"This is the 2nd time we stay at this hotel. The 1st time, I had trouble with our pillows, and a staff member, etc...but the overnight staff(a gentleman) and the Supervisor Edwin helped us in such professional way, that we definitely wanted to give the hotel a 2nd Chance.-because its one of the nicest hotels in the area, yet affordable. This 2nd time around, we stayed for 1 night, and the room was Wonderful. Very Clean and Very Spacious.(1 king bed sofa). It even had a great view! We also had...

Kids loved the pool and there was also a hot tub and game room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were all great. Special thanks to you, Odette! We will definitely be back for our next Disney trip! "

"Area accesible. Tuve inconvenientes con la habitación que me asignaron pero al siguiente día cuando pude presentar la queja, me resolvieron de inmediato. Personal super amable. Areas comunes bonitas. Si no tienes llaves no puedes acceder a los edificios y eso nos encantó por que nos da seguridad. Desayuno no está incluido, eso debería mejorar. Tienen opciones de comidas pero algunas no son costo-efectivas. A pesar de los pequeños detalles es un hotel al que volveriamos"
