"This is the 2nd time we stay at this hotel. The 1st time, I had trouble with our pillows, and a staff member, etc...but the overnight staff(a gentleman) and the Supervisor Edwin helped us in such professional way, that we definitely wanted to give the hotel a 2nd Chance.-because its one of the nicest hotels in the area, yet affordable. "Odette was so sweet and engaging, made us feel so welcomed and comfortable from the start. She was so accommodating and helpful. The suite was so spacious and clean. The kitchen was a plus. Kids loved the pool and there was also a hot tub and game room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were all great. Special thanks to you, Odette! We will definitely be back for our next Disney trip! "
