"Everything was nice. It was very hard to get extra bedding or towels. Also the Mexican restaurant isn’t actually open which was disappointing. I wish the lazy river hours were longer as well but it’s nice the pool is open late. My family had a great stay we extended for an extra night. "

My issue with this whole booking is the fact that Expedia states there is a car charger on site but there isn’t one.. That issue needs to be rectified as this is false advertisement to anyone like myself who rented a electric car and chose this hotel for that specific reason.."

It was super clean from front to back. When you walk in, you'll see an amazing large area which includes a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher), DR & LR w/2 couches (which one is a pull out). Kids loved the pool and there was also a hot tub and game room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were all great. Special thanks to you, Odette! We will definitely be back for our next Disney trip! "

"This hotel is one my family and I would usually book, however it has absolutely gone down hill fast. There is absolutely NO dining area on premises, zero ice machines, rust and mold in the rooms, and no coffee makers in any rooms. We had to go off property just to even get a meal or snack. Oh and housekeeping is done ONLY after you check out. So needless to say, we WON'T be staying here again."

"Property is clean, nice small pool. Staff is invisible but easily reached through chat on hotel's app. Check in and out is on line. We chose to check out at 11 am, but then got a nock on the door at 830 am. I don’t speak Spanish so it was hard to figure out what staff wanted but they were trying to confirm our check out time. Why? If we completed check out on line? It was only negative experience we had."
