"The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK 1). The toilet kept stuck and need to be fixed for 3 times during my stay, its kinda annoying 2). 908 did not get any tidying up services after the first night but 907 did receive such service, that is not very friendly at all Services overall is good and it was a very pleasant stays at St. Regis. Convenient location hotel
"Always love to stay here as it is sooo convenient. Literally a step away from the : - Express train to airport - direct train line to klcc / pasar seni / masjid jamek - nu shopping center With regards to being eco friendly - need some improvement. Although i consciously hang my towels, it will be changed everytime there's housekeeping. (I only get them to clean the room on alternate days). Overall love the hotel for the convenient. "
