Overall experience at the hotel was great except for the long waiting time required at the front desk for all services. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly bell services but had to queue for approximately 10-15 mins to check in despite that it was already at 6pm. The room was fantastic, very clean & spacious and the housekeeping services throughout our stay was excellent!!! We had also dined at their Chinese restaurant and the food and staff service were exceptional!
Lastly, the only and biggest disappointment was during our check-out process. Despite knowing it would be a peak period in the noon for both guests checking in and out, the front desk service was very slow. There was a long queue and we had to wait for 20 mins before we get to a counter, hoping to be served promptly thereafter. Unfortunately, the front desk staff knew nothing abt her job and had gone off twice without explaining the reason and left us waiting aimlessly for another 10-15 minutes! Eventually, we had rather pay for a bill with errors to quicken the check-out process.
The front desk service really has to buck up to keep up to the hotel's high service standards that is very well maintained by all the other departments.
