"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "

While we understand the need to eco friendliness would have been nice to have amenities in the room instead of having to ask. "This place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. I loved having our own washing machine so we could do our own washing, and the room was easily adaptable to our needs with a heat pump and balcony for airing/heating. The only thing is that the link on the website for direction leads you to the place...
