"The hotel is very conveniently located in a huge building full of shopping/food. It is about a 15-min walk to either Osaka or Umeda station. Even though the room is a tad small, it is very modern, and clean,, and the staff is very helpful."

This beautiful property features luxury rooms that are modern and minimalistic design. Great check in experience. Friendly, polite and professional staff at the reception and concierge desk. Miku was also very helpful, pleasant and professional. The room and the entire hotel is very clean. The king size bed is comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. If there was anything worth pointing out as a downside, it might be that the on-site gym is rather small, but for people interested in exploring Osaka, there's plenty of exercise to be had walking around the city. This was a very strong hotel in terms of comparing the quality to the price; highly affordable and yet still quite luxurious. I wouldn't mind staying here again in a future visit to Osaka."
