Website published the provision of plenty of amenities. However, we had to request for very basic amenities such as toilet hand soap/hand wash! "Though the hotel did not have other sorts of amenities, they do provide the basics. There's no elevator but it's alright as it is an old building. Staff were very accommodating, parking wasn't far from the hotel anyway and overall our experience there was good."

Great stay for family!

"Great hotel stay for family on top of big shopping mall. Stayed here for 3 nights with short travelling time of 20minutes to Legoland and Mid Valley. Not so crowded as Mid Valley but you have most similar shops at Paradigm mall. Kids love the mall. "
