"Spent one night here before we flew back home. Hotel is in an industrial area, but it did not make a difference to our stay. There are no convenience stores around but the hotel shuttle and the Q10 bus are easy to catch if you want to go to the subway, local shops or JFK. The front desk personnel were very, very, helpful and friendly. "
