"Staff is great and attentive and the rooms are nice and well maintained. Unfortunately during my stay the A/C was out for the entire building for the entirety of my stay. I was notified of this as I was checking in and was told I could cancel for a full refund or if wanted to stay they would comp me for the days that the A/C was non-functional and would be given a fan and vouchers for free drinks. "I was pleasantly surprised staying in the crates. I have never stayed in a hostel but knew those participar rooms would be a similar experience as staying in one. I think I read on their page they described it as the “anti hostel.” The staff was nice and the simple breakfast included was a nice bonus. It is a popular bar at night so there will be some noise if you go to bed early but the crate rooms I stayed in wasn’t over the bar and they clear out the courtyard after a certain time so it’s not...

"Great location- across from park easy walk to the beach. Hotel has chairs and umbrellas. Roof top pool is relaxing. Very easy to walk up and down the strip. City has good control measures for the car traffic. Food was good at the hotel. Drinks were average- they need to work on the drink service. Very friendly staff. Can’t go wrong with this selection for South Beach "
