"Staff is great and attentive and the rooms are nice and well maintained. Unfortunately during my stay the A/C was out for the entire building for the entirety of my stay. I was notified of this as I was checking in and was told I could cancel for a full refund or if wanted to stay they would comp me for the days that the A/C was non-functional and would be given a fan and vouchers for free drinks. I stayed and while it did get uncomfortably warm in my room occasionally I didn’t regret my stay at...

"Great location- across from park easy walk to the beach. Hotel has chairs and umbrellas. Roof top pool is relaxing. Very easy to walk up and down the strip. City has good control measures for the car traffic. Food was good at the hotel. Drinks were average- they need to work on the drink service. Very friendly staff. Can’t go wrong with this selection for South Beach "

"It was my first experience in a hostel and it was awesome, place was very affordable, clean and surprisingly quiet at night thus had no issues sleeping. I’d definitely go back to this location and want to check out their other locations in Central America. "

"Everything about my stay was great with the exception of the pool. The size of it etc was awesome, but it was pretty dirty. Advice for management is to set up an ongoing pool cleaning schedule to not only clean the water but the actual pool floor and walls as well. Again, I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were amazing and so was the staff. The only thing I was not happy with was the cleanliness of the pool. "
