"Staff is great and attentive and the rooms are nice and well maintained. Unfortunately during my stay the A/C was out for the entire building for the entirety of my stay. I was notified of this as I was checking in and was told I could cancel for a full refund or if wanted to stay they would comp me for the days that the A/C was non-functional and would be given a fan and vouchers for free drinks. "Everything about my stay was great with the exception of the pool. The size of it etc was awesome, but it was pretty dirty. Advice for management is to set up an ongoing pool cleaning schedule to not only clean the water but the actual pool floor and walls as well. Again, I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were amazing and so was the staff. The only thing I was not happy with was the cleanliness of the pool. "
