Our room did not have an ocean view, but it was steps away from the beach and nice restaurants. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Even after checkout, they stored our luggage for us while we went and had lunch. Very friendly staff.

The staff was so friendly! We felt welcome from the start, Alex at the desk was very personable. Jules, our server for breakfast was also amazingly personable and took great care to make sure our breakfasts were perfect both mornings. The rooms are neat and clean. Overall a great stay! We love staying at the Art Deco hotels on the strip, they are a nice change from the large chains.

The staff was amazing. It truly was the best part about staying at this hotel. All of the staff were very caring and friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was very small and had a strong odor of cat urine. The room was not cleaned well. For the location, the room was perfect, but we would not be staying here. Next time we come back to Miami Beach.

Smaller rooms but I traveled solo so for me the room was perfect. It was clean, it had a safe, iron with table, blow dryer, closet space, and a mini fridge. It met all my needs. Even with it being on Ocean drive I wasnt kept up at night when i wanted to sleep. Overall great stay. Would return for sure.
