"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mercure. Our room was great, a good size and with everything we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly but not over bearing and location wise it couldn’t have been much better. A short walk to the BTS to explore the city but also plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep if you didn’t fancy going far. Pool area was clean and quiet and the bar well stocked. "

No discount or refund for inconvenience just a promise I could rent one of the new rooms when they are finished. Wow really poor customer service "
