The staff in the privilege lounge were excellent, both attentive and friendly. A specific mention to Lieuw Lieuw who was brilliant throughout the stay. Cleaning was done to a really high standard and with friendliness. Can't wait to return in future years.

Had a great time at Mercure. Centrally located to shopping, nightlife, massages and train station. Staff was friendly and attentive. Honestly good for families, solo and/or couples. Room was spacious, clean and had a great few of the city and nightlife. Privilege daily happy hour 5pm -7pm was a nice bonus. Breakfast was a good deal - buffet style and each day have different local offerings. Love the Lily hotel restaurant especially the outdoor area. Only con: pool closed at 8pm.
