the location and amazing staff are the highlight of this hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t good, and the hotel infrastructure needs to be updated. Not because I put “ok” it means that I wouldn’t consider to stay again here, I believe it’s an okay option for a couple of nights.

Amazing shower!

Great hotel with a very good location. Close to rail line (air conditioned trains) and also close to great restaurants and shopping centre. The staff were great and everything met my expectations and more. The standout for me was the best showerI have ever had at the many hotels I have stayed at around the world - it was very good in layout and shower - sometimes it’s the small things that makes a stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very helpful and polite staff. Booked this trip as a part of a gift to my boyfriend, and the staff arranged a surprise for him (and me) which was very much appreciated. Hotel is clean and everything is great.

Staff were amazing. They were able to accommodate as at much earlier time then the check in (we traveled almost 30 hours and arrived at the hotel around 8am and they gave us room). We were also check out 2 hours later than usual time. Very accommodating, super nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of food to pick from. Great pool with shade cabanas and chairs. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok Good Location

For the past three years, I've spent my holidays in Bangkok and have always stayed at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Its excellent location near shopping malls and the BTS makes it a fantastic choice. However, this time, the room I was assigned needed maintenance—the night lights weren’t working, and one of the USB charging sockets was also faulty.
