"Staff was not friendly or welcoming, they only were kind and friendly towards airline pilots and flight attendants. I had to request fir the skincare kit that they only would put out for fir the airline crew. Obvious differences in level of care between my family and the airline crews. Very disappointing especially since I know I paid full price for my rooms. "

Free breakfast! - staff are very nice and courteous! Always with a helping hand 😊 2. Accessible to public transportation especially the train station. 3.
