Room was very clean as was the bathroom, staff were helpful at the desk when booking in, had very comfortable pillows, very close to the airport which was good, the airport schedule was easy to understand as it was also on the tv screen, the shuttle took no less than 10-15 minutes too get to terminal 2.

Nice and clean. Close to Haneda Airport. The complimentary breakfast and the free shuttle to and from the airport is great. Pretty close to a few restaurants if you want a quick bite to eat. The convenient store is right around the corner as well.

Breakfast choices were good. Fresh cooked western or Japanese choice. Coffee machine could be improved. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Easy access to airport. The only problem was the airport shuttle stopped at 10am. We needed to take an uber but the airport was very close. Our rooms overlooked the airport and the rooms were very quiet.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Also, they were very helpful when retrieving my backpack, that I accidentally left on the shuttle bus. I was at the airport and I didn’t realize that I grabbed my suitcases, but left my backpack. I had to catch a taxi back to the hotel, and they contacted the private company for me. I was able to pick it up and have plenty of time to get back to the airport.

Great staff, easy to check in. Nice airport shuttle that drops you off at the terminal you need to be at. Super convenient especially when I went to Disneyland, I took the shuttle to the airport and bought a bus ticket straight to Disney! So convenient and $70 cheaper than uber

It’s an excellent option if traveling through Haneda airport. Free shuttle bus (the hotel sends you the schedule). Not too many food options nearby but there is a Family Mart a few minutes away. The breakfast was also delicious and available from 5:00am.
