"The question should be what was not to like??? And that answer would be, nothing!! This hotel was fabulous. The rooms large by Japanese standards, a super sized King bed, extremely quiet, never heard anything while in the room. Surprisingly since it is above on of the largest train stations in all of Tokyo. The staff is all about service! We were warmly greeted every time we entered the lobby area. The concierge was stellar!! We stayed here our last two nights in Japan and the concierge made...

"one of the best hotel i have ever stayed in Tokyo. everything, down to the amenities were well thought out. the little extra service of helping me remove the plastic of the cotton pads... this was a business trip so this hotel was just right across from my office. could not have asked for a better hotel! loved the turn down services and the little treats they gave every evening.. "Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. They even offered a complimentary room upgrade. It is conveniently located next to Shibuya station. There are plenty of things to do and eat in the area. I took off one staff for service /staff as during check out it would have been nice if they offered to assist with luggage. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!"
