"The hotel is comfortable and central. I have stayed here a few times and recommend the corner suite if you like a little more space. It was perfect for two people with luggage. I loved how much light came in the room. My only complaint about the hotel is there is no common space if you want to leave your room to work or take a call. "We loved our stay here - it’s no frills but very comfortable, clean and best of all so conveniently located in Shibuya - near everything with such lovely places to eat within a couple of minutes. The AC worked great, staff was fantastic. I only knocked off a half a star for the facilities because the carpet is kinda old and grungy and the place looks a bit tired. But I would stay there again anytime. "

"The only thing is that the rooms are really small. Book a months ahead as they have some bigger rooms. Room for “2 people” with only one bed are very very small. Other than that everything was very good and the front desk people and other staff speak very good English - and are very eager to help in any way requested. Transit metro and trains stations are very close and take you easy anywhere in Tokyo. Tokyo Central station is 1 stop by train (3 min) or 20 min walk"
