The room is always fresh with towels and clean, staff are always helpful and they’re everywhere, breakfast is all you can eat and there’s a coffee cup for takeout😄 (it’s good selection but just the same food everyday as we were there for 4 days all you can eat breakfast) air conditioning is either warm or too cold, there’s complimentary toothbrushes/tooth paste, other toiletries if you forgot to bring them and some complementary tea bags if you’d like to have hot beverage in your room

The airport shuttle service was convenient. It only took about an hour to reach the hotel at night. When we arrived, the room was very clean and quiet. Morning breakfast was delicious. There was a good selection of food to choose from. My favorite was the fried chicken beside the rice and curry station. Also, I really like the Disney shuttle. Being able to travel back and forth from DisneySea, especially during rainy days, was a great privilege. On the other hand, the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. They called the taxi for us when we needed to go somewhere. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Disney in Japan.

We had a comfortable stay and loved that there was a free shuttle to Disney Parks and nearby train stations. The Airport Limousine Shuttle Bus picked up right out front and took us to Narita Airport which was extremely convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and themed rooms.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but nicely decorated in a nautical theme and very clean. Elevators were quick and quiet. It’s our fourth stay and we love the location convenience and family friendly ambiance. There was some confusion now that our little one is old enough for her own bed. Didn’t know we had an extra roll out bed until the day we left. Thankful for laundry, vending machines, convenience store and Disney store. Hope we can stay again soon!

A perfect option to visit Disney Parks. It has transport from the JR station. A Disney store inside and a good buffet for breakfast. Not a Disney hotel but works very good to go to the parks. Room is big enough and all clean.

It was easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea from this hotel. There were free shuttle buses that got us directly to Disneyland and a free shuttle that got us to the tram that took us right into Disneysea park. I liked the convenience store and there was a Disney store in the hotel.

Wish I knew about the monrail and not completely free shuttle to Disneysea. However a lovely hotel with views that looked like Hawaii! We loved the shops that had wonderful options for late night dinner after Disney.
