Staff may not have been well trained but were all extremely helpful and available in short notice. Bathroom has excellent shower head and very efficient water drainage, which is appealing to those who don’t like to see standing soapy water covering your ankles.The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of dishes at good prices. Very good location near commerce and restaurants at walking distance and an Easy ride to the beach. Overall, the hotel is a great value!

Pessimo!! Infiltração no vaso!

Nao gostei da estadia. Infelizmente fomos de casal e estava ofertado um quarto de solteiro. Conversamos com o gerente ele tinha disponibilidade do quarto de casal e nos cobrou mais de 500,00 para mudarmos. Ali percebemos que se tratava de valores e não de acomodar o cliente. Nosso banheiro tinha infiltracao no vaso sanitario, ficava saindo pelo rejunte o xixi. Reclamamos e foram fazer amlimoeza persistindo o problema. A vaga de estaconamento não tinha disponibilidade pois os hospedes estacionavam em duas vagas e ninguem do hotel tinha disponibilidade para ajustar isso. Estacionei atras de outro carro e a recepecionista me ligou chamando atenção de forma que eu estivesse incomodado outro hospede. Tinha motos em vagas de carro. Enfim ficamos em um quarto tão apertado que a porta abria pra fora do quarto e escutavamos tudo do outro quarto até o ronco do outro hospede por que o quarto que estávamos tinha uma porta de acesso pro outro. Resumo: não houve empatia e entendimento do problema da reserva, o gerente reclamou do valor que pagamos como se estivessemos la de graça e percebemos que por isso fomos penalizados e ficamos em um quarto pisando na infiltração do vaso sanitário. Pessimo!!!

Foi tranquilo. O secador de cabelo não funciona, o frigobar fica vazio mas podemos levar as coisas sem problemas. A localização é muito boa. A cama é boa para 3 dias no máximo. O problema foi a hidromassagem que estava com excesso de cloro e manchou meu biquíni e a prata do meu anel escureceu. Não havia placa de sinalização para não entrar na hidro. Havia outros hóspedes na hidro mas não sei se vão relatar algum problema.?Infelizmente as pessoas não tem o hábito de recorrer aos seus direitos. Café da manhã bom e os funcionários atenciosas e educados. Para entrar na garagem tive que descer do carro para pedir a recepção pq não prestam atenção ou estão ocupados com outra coisa. Foi chato pq estava chovendo e não tinha como abrir o portão a não ser sair na chuva para pedir a recepção. A entrada da garagem é a mesma que sai e quem está saindo passa sufoco para fazer a curva antes de subir a rampa que é íngrime. Se não for um bom motorista vai passar aperto. Ponto positivo para as roupas de cama que estavam limpas e cheirosas.

Os dois primeiros dias o chuveiro estava frio, o ofurô no terceiro dia em diante estava com a água fria o ar condicionado mesmo no 30 estava muito gelado e café da manhã faltou pão de sal e leite .
