Man sollte die Wurst Sorten wechseln , auch etwas Obst wรคhre nicht schlecht. Macht euch einfach Gedanken. Wir werden wieder kommen , und vielleicht sehen wir Verรคnderungen. Auch gehe ich gerne morgens trainieren, das heiรŸt so um 8:00uhr . Ansonsten war der Rest zu unseren Zufriedenheit. "
