"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s perfectly placed: around a 20‑minute walk from the train station and right in the middle of a bustling street full of great food options. The Leaning Tower is genuinely a two‑minute walk away, which made sightseeing incredibly easy. Breakfast was included and offered a nice range of pastries each morning. The room was comfortable and cool — the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The shower was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and having Sky on the TV was a bonus. The only drawback was the lack of natural light, as the windows were blocked by shutters that couldn’t be opened. Despite that, the location and comfort made it a great base for exploring Pisa."

"Our room was lovely and air conditioned but there was a hook closure missing on one of the doors to the balcony. Also there were some ants coming in off the balcony too. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fine but the hairdryer doesn’t work very well. Overall it was a lovely hotel and the breakfast was delicious. "

"Lovely family owned and run hotel in the heart of Pisa. Very close to the main attractions (600metres to the leaning tower). We took a taxi to and from airport for ~€15 for 4 people with 2 large suitcases (easier and cheaper than the Pisamover). Staff were very nice, accommodating and Riccardo gave great recommendations. We visited Pisa when it was very hot and our room's air con worked very well, allowing us for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Would happily recommend or stay again."
