Japanese Ryokan

Ryokan is the traditional style of Japanese accommodation that has been around for centuries. Known also as Japanese inns, they are often located in scenic natural landscapes. Staying in a Ryokan is a holistic experience involving several customary practices, including hot spring baths, traditional Japanese feasts and more.

Built the traditional way, Ryokan feature iconic Japanese elements such as tatami flooring and Japanese sliding doors. Guests are required to take off their shoes before going inside and walking on tatami mats.
