What you can expect

Enter the Inca Trail starting at KM104 and hike through amazing Andean scenery until you reach the Sun Gate (Inti Punku), the original entrance the Inca’s used on their pilgrimage to Machu Picchu. Only Inca Trail permit holders are allowed to enter Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate and experience reaching the main Inca ruins of Machu Picchu the way the Incas designed it.

A professional and experienced Inca Trail guide accompanies you from KM104 all the way to Machu Picchu at your own pace encouraging each step of the way and explaining the ruins, flora, birds and hidden treasures found on the Inca Trail. Once you reach Machu Picchu, the guide will also give you a brief tour of the main ruins if time permits.

The next day, your guide will meet you again at the entrance of Machu Picchu for a 2.5hr tour covering the top attractions inside Machu Picchu and explain the history and significance of the ancient temples, terraced hills and sacrificial sites. Your guide will also take you to the best locations to capture photographs and come face-to-face with resident llamas.
