Day 1: Shanghai-Harbin(L)

Pass By: Shanghai Tourist Service Centre (Pudong Airport T2), Pudong International Airport T2, Shanghai China
Your driver will pick you up in your Shanghai hotel's lobby and you will be transferred to airport for your morning flight to Harbin( 3 hours )

Upon arrival, your tour guide will hold your name sign waiting for you at the exit of the arrival hall.

On the way to city, discuss with your tour guide on where you want to go, set off and explore ! Typically, you will heading directly to Sun Island.

The island in winter is just a dreamlike fairy world all covered by ice and snow, and the Snow Sculpture Exposition adds more to the island’s beauty with marvellous and magnificent ice art and snow sculptures.

Upon arrival, follow your tour guide to stroll around, you will take your time when visit the sculptures where you may explore and create fantastic photographs.

In the afternoon, you will spend time to explore Harbin Ice and Snow World.

The 'Ice City' of Harbin is recognised as the cradle of ice and snow art in China and is famous for its exquisite and artistic ice and snow sculptures. Today, Harbin Ice and Snow Festival is not only an exposition of ice and snow art, but also an annual cultural event for international exchange. Every year, there are many ice sculpture experts, artists and fans from America, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Russia, China, etc. gathering in this city to participate ice sculpting competitions and to communicate with each other in the ice and snow world.

Be amazed by the ice artworks with coloured lights and splendid music. Your tour guide will take you to the restaurants to warm up when you need.

After the tour finished, you will be transferred to your hotel in Harbin.

Day 2: Harbin City Highlights(B, L)

Meet your private guide in hotel's lobby in Harbin, heading directly to Saint Sophia Cathedral. As the landmark for Harbiners and for tourism, St. Sophia Cathedral is the largest Eastern Orthodox Church in the Far East.

Learn its history behind and take photos if you want.

Next, heading to Jiuzhan Park where you will watch the winter swimming performance.

Winter swimming is a physical activity with folk rich cultural characteristic in Harbin, showing off the native people’s strong physique and iron will in Harbin. In winter, the outdoor temperature in Harbin drops to 10 or even 20 degrees below zero. Winter swimmers break up the ice of the swimming pools on Songhua River and make it a natural swimming pool for winter swimmers.

Continue to take the ropeway cross the famous Songhua River.
Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Songhua River Bridge, Songbei Ave, Songbei District, Harbin 150010 China
Songhua River means the river in the heaven. Enjoy 360-degree overlooking view of the river and the view on the both sides from the ropeway.

Stop At: Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, Daoli District, Harbin 150000 China
Stroll around the shops and restaurants around Zhongyang Pedestrian street. Heading directly to Stalin Park.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Stalin Park, South Bank of the Songhua River, Harbin 150000 China
Stroll around the park, watch and join the locals exercise here. Afterwards, stop for lunch.
