What you can expect
4 Day all-inclusive private luxury safari along the famous Garden Route to the Great Karoo. This is a return safari starting in Port Elizabeth and concluding in Port Elizabeth, along the famous Garden Route towards Oudtshoorn and Willomore
Spend 4 days exploring the Garden Route and Great Karoo with one of our expert local guides! Visit Jeffreys Bay, Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, Oudtshoorn, Willomore and Addo Elephant National Park. Go on a guided Cango Caves experience, drive over the breathtaking Swartberg Mountain Pass and go on a guided Giraffe Tracking on foot experience at Bhejane Game Reserve. Visit Addo Elephant National Park.

Day 1: Jeffreys Bay - Storms River Mouth - Plettenberg Bay

Jeffreys Bay

Pickup: 7:30 am, Meet and greet at your place of residance in Port Elizabeth. We drive along the N2, stopping at Van Stadens Bridge for a view over the gorgeous valley below. Then we visit this small surfing town of Jeffreys Bay. Take a walk on the beach and take in the view and vibe of this town.
Storms River Suspension Bridge

We depart for Jeffreys Bay driving the old Cape Road stopping along the way at Van Stadens Bridge to view. Our next quick stop and visit is in Jeffreys Bay a surfing town. From Jeffreys Bay we head towards Storms River Bridge, here we stop to view the spectacular Storms River Bridge and have a coffee at the roadside shop.
The Big Tree is our next stop. We head into the Knysna Forest on a short walk to the Big Tree that is over 800 years old.
Next is Storms River Mouth we stop and have lunch. After lunch we take a walk along the coastline to the Storms River Suspension Bridge , along the way looking for Blue Duiker and Turaco.
We head towards Plettenberg Bay were we will overnight for the evening. The evening will be spend relaxing around a campfire.

Day 2: Plettenberg Bay - Knysna - George - Oudtshoorn

Early morning wake up for coffee, tea and rusks (traditional South African oven dried bread rolls) we depart along the Garden Route driving towards Knysna stopping along the way and take in all the beautiful scenery. Having breakfast en route towards George.
Cango Wildlife Ranch

Departing from Knysna we drive north wards over the Outeniqua Pass towards Oudtshoorn. We visit this amazing wildlife ranch on our way to the Cango Caves in Oudtshoorn.
The Cango Caves

After leaving the wildlife ranch behind, we head towards the Cango Caves, doing a guided tour of the Cango Caves. The evening will be spend in Oudtshoorn.
Day 3: Swartberg Pass - Meiringspoort- Bhejane Game Reserve

We wake early to the morning bird chorus for a cup of hot coffee and a rusk before heading out on the Swartberg Mountain Pass towards Prince Albert. We drive the Famous Swartberg Pass and take in all the beautiful scenery. Stopping in Price Albert for breakfast.

Leaving Prince Albert we drive through the most beautiful valleys the Meiringspoort valley and waterfall, were we stop, take a walk and swim in the cool mountain pools.
Bhejane Game Reserve

Arriving at Bhejane Game Reserve we book in and freshen up for the afternoons guided game walk on Bhejane Game Reserve. This evening we dine and overnight at Bhejane Game Reserve.
Day 4: Addo Elephant National Park

Addo Elephant National Park

We check out after breakfast making our way towards Addo Elephant National Park. Exploring Addo Elephant National Park in our tour vehicle. We will spend up to 2-3 hours exploring the 48,000 hectare National reserve with approximately 700 elephant and some Cape buffalo, lion, black rhino, warthog, zebra, eland, kudu, hartebeest and many more animals.
The tour concludes in Port Elizabeth at approximately 2:00 - 3:00 pm in the afternoon. We can drop you off at the airport for further flights or any accommodation in Port Elizabeth, of your choice
