What you can expect

  • Day 1: ARRIVAL TO QUITO

    Upon arrival, enjoy a warm welcome, airport pickup, and hotel transfer with a bilingual guide providing local tips and assistance.

    • Overnight in Quito.

    Day 2: QUITO: Colonial Quito & Middle of the World

    Start with breakfast, then transfer to join your shared tour. Ride the Quito Metro to the Historic Centre, explore Independence Square, and admire La Compañía de Jesús, one of Latin America's most beautiful churches.

    In the afternoon, visit the Intiñan Museum on the equator for fun experiments and Andean culture. This full-day tour blends local transport, rich history, and the unique chance to stand in both hemispheres.

    • Overnight in Quito

    Day 3: QUITO: Full-Day tour Otavalo market

    After breakfast, meet the group and head north to the Quitsato Sundial on the equator. Discover how pre-Columbian cultures observed the skies and marked the seasons from this unique Andean site. Continue to the famous Otavalo Market, one of South America's largest. Explore colourful stalls, meet local artisans, and shop for handwoven textiles, jewellery, traditional hats, and unique Otavaleño crafts.

    End the day at Cuicocha Lagoon, a serene volcanic crater lake with lush surroundings and scenic islets. In the late afternoon, return to Quito after a culturally rich day in the Andean highlands.

    Day 4: QUITO: Full-Day Cotopaxi National Park

    After breakfast, head south along the scenic Avenue of the Volcanoes. Visit the Mariscal Sucre Centre to learn about Cotopaxi’s geology and culture, then explore the national park. Weather permitting, hike to the José Rivas Refuge or enjoy a walk around Limpiopungo Lagoon. A perfect day for nature lovers and photographers.

    Day 5: QUITO: Full-Day tour to Mindo Cloud Forest

    After breakfast, journey to the Mindo Cloud Forest, visiting a vibrant butterfly farm and enjoying a guided walk to spot exotic birds and orchids. Finish with a stop at an artisan chocolate factory for a cacao tour and tasting. A perfect blend of nature, culture, and flavours.

    Day 6: QUITO

    Breakfast at the hotel. Conclude your stay in Quito with ease. At the scheduled time, a driver will meet you at your hotel for a comfortable, hassle-free transfer to Mariscal Sucre International Airport. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a smooth end to your journey.
