Tour-Guests always enjoy a crossing of the river Shannon by ferry. An extra expense for our company, but it's always worth it to give our guests an extra 30 minutes off the tour bus in the fresh air and save perhaps one hour driving time between Galway and Killarney.
It's fun to get out in the open fresh air and go up on deck and possibly see the dolphins swimming in the Shannon estuary. A 30 minute crossing.
