Day 3: Bahir Dar - Gondar

After breakfast, you'll drive from Bahir Dar to Gondar which is 180km. This road trip will blow your mind with stunning landscapes. You'll have lunch at the hotel. After lunch, you will visit Gondar, the first capital city with the reign of Fasiladas. In Gondar, there are a dozen castles built by emperors over 236 years. The city seems more of European than African origin. You'll visit Fasiladas' Palace, probably the most impressive of all the castles found in the area and the oldest one. You will continue going to the Church of Debre Birhan Selassie (Light of the Trinity). The interior is decorated with beautiful frescos, cherubs, and paintings. Debre Birhan Selassie is rumoured to once have been the proposed final resting place of the Ark of the Covenant of the Ethiopian Empire, which began in 1632 continue visiting the swimming pool of Fassiledes.
Day 4: Day trip to Simien Nationals Park!

After breakfast, you will drive 3 hours one way to see the only natural world heritage site in Ethiopia, SMNP. This national park is located in the north Ethiopia round debark area, and it is one of the most spectacular landscapes in the country. You will see also wild endemic animals like Gelada Baboons and birds. You'll have lunch at debark we will take a picnic. You will return for dinner and an overnight stay in Gondar.
Day 5: : Gondar –Lalibela

You'll fly to Lalibela on Ethiopian Airlines from Gondar to Lalibela and have lunch at the hotel. You'll tour the magnificent rock-hewn churches of Lalibela in the afternoon, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This group of ten monolithic and semi-monolithic structures was carved directly into the stone of the mountainside at least 900 years ago. This complex boasts the largest monolithic church in the world, a maze of passageways and tunnels, intricately carved reliefs, and fabulous examples of icon paintings. On this day, you will see the first group of churches called Bete Medehanialem, Bete Maryam, Bete Meskel, Bete Denagil, and Debre Sina we Golegotha and of course the famous St’ George.
After breakfast, you will see the second group of churches which includes, Bete Emanuel, Bete Gabriel, Bete Merkorious, and Aba Libanos. After finishing the second group churches, you will return to the hotel for check out and drive to the airport for your flight to Addis Ababa. In the afternoon indulge with the hotel amenities.
Day 7: Addis Ababa –Jinka

Breakfast at the hotel, drive to the Airport for your flight to Jinka. Fly from Addis to Jinka by Ethiopian Airlines, after check in to the hotel, visit Ari Village in the afternoon.
Jinka lies in the Omo Valley, an area known for its diverse ethnic groups and rich cultural heritage. It is located approximately 750 kilometres south of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia.
The town is located at an elevation of about 1,500 metres (4,920 feet) above sea level, which gives it a warm climate typical of the lowland areas of southern Ethiopia.
Day 8: Jinka - Turmi

After breakfast drive to Mago National Park see the Mursi tribe, The Mursi are one of the most original ethnic groups. They live in very low huts made of straw leaves. The women like to wear terra cotta on their enormously stretched lower lips and ear lobes. The men are famous for their hairstyles. They go in for body scarification and among the women the wearing of lip plates. They are easily distinguished by how their long, distended lips hang down from their mouths. Visit and drive to Turmi. Turmi is a place for the Hamer tribes, visit the Hamer village they are a fine looking people, both men and women take great pride in their appearance, shaving and colouring their hair, oiling their bodies and decorating themselves with beads and bracelets worn around arms and legs. They are famous for their body decoration, moonlight dance (Evangedi Dance) and bull-jumping. Bull jumping marks the rite of passage from childhood to adulthood. It is not done every day.
Day 9: Turmi – Jinka –Addis Ababa – Departure

Following your early breakfast and you will venture to Karo to visit the people of the Karo tribe, depart from Turmi to the villages of Murulle, Kolcho and Duss on the shores of the Omo River. The Karo people are the smallest in number of all of the tribes of the Omo Valley, and they are known for their elaborate decorations body and face painting particular during local ceremonies. Drive back from Karo to Turmi, and proceed to Jinka, Lunch at Jinka after that, drive to the Airport for your flight to Addis Ababa. In the evening farewell party dinner with cultural dinner and traditional special buffet and local drinks to experience Ethiopia’s cultural meals and drinks at Yod Abyssinia restaurants after the farewell party, you will transfer to Bole International Airport for international departure.
