In the heart of Cilento, on a terrace overlooking the sea, you’ll cook and share a meal just like we do every day: with simple, local ingredients, slow rhythms, and a lot of joy.

Nonna Maria will guide you step by step as you prepare traditional recipes from our region — dishes passed down through generations, inspired by the Mediterranean Diet and full of flavour and memory. You'll knead, chop, stir, taste… and laugh a lot.

At the end of the lesson, we’ll sit down together to enjoy everything you’ve prepared — with best local wine, good company, and the peaceful light of the Cilento countryside.
