Enter a private room filled with ambient music and the amber glow of Himalayan Salt Lamps. Relax on a padded massage table. Breathe in the fragrance of healing aromatherapy essential oils. Now let yourself melt as the therapist uses the ancient techniques of Reiki to balance your body, relieve your pain and melt away your stresses.
Reiki is a unique and profound transformational experience. Many fall into a beautiful healing sleep throughout the session. Asleep or awake, you will float into your own world of bliss!
This spiritual healing practice helps people to relax and feel better by influencing the whole body towards balance. Treatments strengthen and support the body’s natural healing response. The practice of Reiki also supports desired lifestyle changes as people tend to feel calmer and more centred enabling them to stay focused on their goals and objectives and stay motivated to make healthier choices.
