The experience begins with a welcome and an introduction to who we are and our philosophy, before delving into the region: the climate, the soils, and the emblematic variety of the appellation, Verdejo.

During the tour, you'll get an up-close look at how we make our white wines. We'll go down to the tank area to explain the winemaking technique and, in particular, ageing on lees, a method that provides greater complexity and structure and contributes to a better ageing capacity in our whites. During the tour, you'll also visit the rest of the facilities and learn about the process from the grape to the bottle.

The experience culminates with a guided tasting of 3 wines from Familia Martínez Bujanda, accompanied by charcuterie from the region. You will taste:
