You will be guided by a well-trained caterer who will introduce the ingredients, explain how to source them, and demonstrate how to use them. Follow the preparation process step by step and take part in cooking Ghanaian food.

You will learn how the dish is prepared, then taste and eat the food you have made. The cooking session takes place in a pleasant and hygienic environment.

You will also experience the Ghanaian way of shopping at a market. Join us at the market to buy the ingredients needed for the cooking session before preparing the food together.
