Bac Sum Pass

Your adventure truly begins at Bac Sum Pass, the first major climb of the Ha Giang Loop. Known as the "gateway to the sky," this winding road snakes up the mountainside, marking your transition from the lowlands into the majestic Dong Van Karst Plateau.

Quan Ba Heaven Gate

Standing at 1,500m above sea level, this "gate between heaven and earth" offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the rolling green valley and the famous Twin Mountains below. It is the perfect spot to witness the clouds dancing over the jagged limestone peaks as you enter the heart of the Dong Van Karst Plateau.

Famous for its iconic nine-turn switchbacks, this pass offers one of the most photographed views in Ha Giang. Historically used to test the strength of horses, it now serves as a breathtaking gateway where the winding road perfectly meets the rugged beauty of the karst plateau.

7-kilometer trek along the Sky Path to Ma Pi Leng Peak, walk through limestone cliffs, peaceful Hmong villages, and green cornfields. Stop at the White God Cliff for breathtaking views of the turquoise Nho Que River winding far below.
