If you are arriving by car, you can continue a few more meters until you see the entrance to a fenced parking lot, located right in front of our facilities. Go in, drive to the end, and you can park right in front. Parking costs 100 MXN per day if you plan to stay for the entire day, or 40 MXN per hour (ideal if you're only coming for the activity).

What you can expect
We will meet at the designated meeting point, where you will receive your admission wristband to the Tsuuk Akumal Nature Park, one of the best-known areas for sea turtle watching in the Riviera Maya. Before entering the water, we provide you with all the necessary gear: mask, new snorkel, and life jacket, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience. We review our service daily and have determined that these are the best times. (We've added an extra hour to our availability to avoid crowds, so we recommend booking between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM). It's also possible to see turtles at other times, although there's a greater chance of encountering crowds due to the presence of other tour operators.
If this is your first time snorkelling, your tour guide will explain the basics before you begin, making this activity ideal for both beginners and experienced snorkellers.
Once in the water, you'll explore the peaceful Akumal Bay in search of green sea turtles in their natural habitat, as well as tropical fish, coral formations, stingrays, and other local species. In this protected wildlife area, you must follow the tour guide at all times, comply with the rules explained, and keep a respectful distance from the animals. Your tour guide will try to take the best photos of your underwater experience with a GoPro, included in the price, so you can take home unforgettable souvenirs. To receive your photo package, please provide your contact information upon arrival (WhatsApp number, your name, and the name of your assigned tour guide); it will be sent the same day or the next day.
After snorkelling, you can stay at the beach and enjoy the sea and the facilities for the rest of the day: bathrooms, showers, and lockers included.
Your tour guide will accompany you at all times, showing you the best viewing points and helping you enjoy the activity in a safe and relaxed way.
We don't manage the car park you'll be arriving at. It costs 100 MXN for the whole day, is completely secure, and is the closest and most accessible option, as there is no free parking available in Akumal.
Please arrive on time, 15 minutes before your reservation, as there are other reservations scheduled after yours and this helps us respect the time of all participants.
