Embark on a dynamic guided ride across varied terrain, tackling hard-packed paths, rugged dirt off-trails, and sandy Meramec River sandbars along the historic Al Foster Memorial Trail. The route guides travellers through dense wooded landscapes and past towering natural bluffs on a multi-surface expedition. While insect repellent is provided to keep outdoor pests at bay during the journey, personal gear, food, and drinks are excluded. Participants should come prepared with comfortable athletic clothing, sturdy closed-toe shoes, and plenty of water to handle the physical demands of riding unpaved and uneven surfaces.
