What you can expect

  • Take a guided tour of a winery in Alba, a town in the Langhe region. Learn about the wine-making process, from the vineyard to the cellar, and enjoy a tasting of local wines, paired with cured meats and cheeses.

    Meet your hosts, Jessica and Roberto, at their cellar on the Altavilla hill, just 4 minutes from the centre of Alba. Start with a walk between the rows of vines, to see where the wine is born and learn about eco-sustainable agriculture techniques.

    Continue to the top of the hill, where you can enjoy a majestic landscape of mountains and vineyards. Then, head to the cellar to see where the wine takes shape, from harvest to ageing in wood.

    Learn about wine science, history, and legend as you taste the wines, paired with local cured meats and cheeses. Get to know the soul and history of the Langhe region as you spend 2 hours together.
