What you can expect

  • You'll have 2 hours of access to the obstacle courses.
    Check out 12 obstacles from OCR/UFSO races over 100 metres, plus other obstacle courses (Ninja and Ranger).

    Minimum 1m40 - Recommended for ages 15 and up, adult supervision is required.

    The OCR and Ranger courses are accessible from 15 years old and to all people, athletic or not, measuring more than 1.40 m. Minors must be accompanied by an adult or have parental authorisation.

    The Ninja course is open to kids aged 8 and up, and to anyone over 1.20 m tall. This course is done under parental supervision.

    Mandatory equipment: shoes and sportswear that aren't afraid of mud!
    Weight training gloves are highly recommended for wooden obstacles (to avoid splinters).

    Obstacle courses are a sport that requires good physical condition. Like any sport, there are risks (back pain, sprains, etc.). These activities are not for pregnant women. You must report any health problems to the supervising staff before the activity (back pain, weak ankle, recent operations, etc.).
