Your experience begins at the beautiful Lake Tonga, one of Algeria’s most remarkable natural sites. After a short introduction to the lake, created in 1938, we board a boat and start a peaceful journey across its calm waters.
During the ride, you will enjoy stunning views of the lake, observe small animals and birds, and discover the unique trees growing in the water. These American-origin trees were introduced and planted here during the French colonial period, giving the lake its distinctive character.
