Live a unique experience in Alghero, in the north-west of Sardinia, by participating in a traditional cooking workshop.
During the course, you will learn how to create homemade ravioli or malloreddus in a simple and fun way, using only fresh and genuine ingredients. We will start by preparing the dough for fresh pasta, then we will move on to making the filling and finally we will create together your first ravioli or the Malloreddus, which will be served for dinner with a sauce prepared according to tradition. During the workshop, an starter based on local products will be offered, designed to make the experience even richer and more memorable, all accompanied by excellent local wine.
