DAY 01: Cultural Exploration in Uros and Amantani
7:40 a.m. Pick-up from hotels located in the city centre of Puno city.
8:00 a.m. Departure by boat from the Port of Puno.
Embark on an unforgettable adventure into the heart of Lake Titicaca, starting your journey in the vibrant Port of Puno.
Aboard a comfortable boat, we will head for the fascinating floating islands of Uros. Here, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about the lives and traditions of the locals up close, visiting two iconic islands.
Your adventure continues on to the island of Amantani, a journey that will reveal breathtaking watery landscapes over approximately 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by local families, who will invite you to share in their daily lives and hospitality.
After a short 30-minute walk, gently ascending along trails surrounded by natural scenery, you will arrive at the cosy houses of Amantani.
2:00 p.m. Lunch at a local family home: You will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared using the freshest ingredients from the Andes.
4:00 pm: Hike to the top of the island (1 hour) to see the Pachamama and Pachatata hills.
Once we have recharged our energy, we will venture to the ancient Inca ceremonial temples of Pachamama and Pachatata, located at the top of the island. This sacred site is not only a place of deep spirituality but also the perfect vantage point to enjoy panoramic views of the lake and witness one of the most spectacular sunsets in the world.
6:00 pm: Return and dinner at the family home.
8:00 PM Take part in a festive welcome organised by local families. Music, dancing, and traditional attire await you at a celebration that promises to be as authentic as it is moving. (Optional.)

DAY 02: Charm and Tradition in Taquile
7:00 a.m. Breakfast on Amantani Island.
8:00 am Departure from the Port of Amantani for Taquile Island.
9:00 AM: Arrival in the northern part of Taquile and walk to the main square.
10:30 a.m. Arrival at the town's main square.
This place is a treasure trove of living traditions, famous for its stunning textiles and handicrafts, which are renowned worldwide. The Taquileños will offer us an immersion in their customs through dances and performances that reflect their rich cultural heritage.
12:00 pm We will continue our exploration with a typical lunch, where every bite is a tribute to the local cuisine. While you're here, don't miss the opportunity to take in the breathtaking views of Lake Titicaca, a perfect setting for introspection and for admiring the beauty around you.
1:30 pm: Return from Taquile to Puno.
Approx. 3:30 pm: Arrival in Puno and transfer to hotels located in city centre Puno.
